In the winter of 1989, a quiet street in Knoxville, Tennessee, became the scene of a tragedy that has lingered in the community for decades. On January 18th, inside their home at 1403 W. Oldham Avenue, the lives of nine-year-old Demarcus Miller, his six-year-old sister Tanesha, and their 28-year-old mother, Eula, were cut short.
