In the early evening of March 5, 2025, Dennis C. Noe, a 60-year-old male, was driving his Toyota Tundra westbound on Interstate 640 in Knoxville, Tennessee. It was around 5:40 p.m. when a sudden, tragic event unfolded inside the vehicle that would cut his life short.
