Do you know who killed Dennis Ballard in 1991? On a summer evening in Knoxville, Tennessee, the life of Dennis Ballard, a 28-year-old white male, was tragically cut short. On September 2, 1991, his body was discovered under a tree on the south side of the tennis courts off Mulvaney Street.
