Kennedra ReNay Miles, a 17-year-old girl from Memphis, TN, tragically passed away on February 22, 2014. She was accidentally shot and killed by a 24-year-old who was playing with a loaded gun in the backseat of the car they were in. The incident was deemed reckless homicide, and the 24-year-old involved pleaded guilty and was placed on diversion.
