Jeffrey Nelson, a 57-year-old man from Jackson, Tennessee, was tragically murdered in his home on July 12, 2014. Jeffrey Nelson was known for his dedication to improving the quality of life for elderly people in West Tennessee. He served as the president of the Inter-Agency Council and helped bring the Century Plus Club to Jackson, which celebrates people who have lived at least 100 years. His commitment to serving the elderly and needy was well-recognized in the community.
