Bennie E. Bowlin, a 62-year-old woman from Rogersville, TN, tragically lost her life on October 25, 2014. She was found shot to death in her kitchen floor, and her daughter, Kathy Ramos, was also shot shortly after her mother. The investigation revealed that Darries Leon Jackson, a 56-year-old man from Morristown, was responsible for the shooting. Jackson was charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, aggravated child endangerment, and reckless endangerment.
