Dylan W. Ferguson, an 18-year-old male from Kingsport, TN, tragically lost his life on January 9, 2015. He was shot and killed at his apartment in the Allandale Falls complex. His step-sister, Amber CheRee Purifoy, who was visiting from out of town, was also shot and critically injured in the incident.
