Rickey D. Busick, a 45-year-old male from Kingsport, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on May 12, 2021. The incident occurred in the Orebank community of Kingsport, where Busick was shot. Shortly after the shooting, a female suspect, Rachel Joann Wells, 31, was detained by bystanders and taken into custody by deputies.
