Samuel James Sturgill, a 23-year-old male of White ethnicity from Kingsport, TN, tragically passed away on September 19, 2015. He was found with a gunshot wound to his back near a Reedy Place address in Kingsport around 10:15 p.m. Despite being rushed to Holston Valley Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries.
