Eduardo Oviedo-Velazco, a 26-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2020, in Kingsport, Tennessee. He was found shot to death inside a residence on Osage Drive. The Kingsport Police Department launched an investigation into his death, which remains ongoing.
