Mickel "Bud" Phillips, a 58-year-old male from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on January 11, 2015. The incident occurred at approximately 6:30 a.m. inside the kitchen of the home he shared with his roommate, Ellis Wayne McHaney, 55, at 2404 Seifried St. The dispute between the two men reportedly arose over their plans to sell guns to make money to buy drugs.
