In the winter of 2015, the community of Jackson, Tennessee, was shaken by the untimely death of Michelle Shelley Odeh, a 43-year-old woman. On January 12th, Odeh was discovered in her home, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Law enforcement authorities immediately began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death, treating it as a homicide.
