Betsy Raines, a 60-year-old woman from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically passed away on April 6, 2017. She was an administrative assistant at Casey, Simmons, and Bryant PLLC and was well-regarded by her colleagues and friends for her caring and loving nature. Betsy was born on November 21, 1956, in Ripley, Tennessee, to Harold Lee Baker and Pansy Webb Baker. She is survived by her husband, Tim Raines, and her son, Christopher Lee-Allen Raines.
