On October 20, 2024, at approximately 1:20 a.m., a tragic shooting occurred during a party at the Picture Perfect Event Center, located at 2310 North Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee. Nine individuals sustained gunshot wounds during the incident. Among them was 25-year-old Lar’Curia ReShawn Roberson, who suffered gunshot injuries to her abdomen and forearm.
