In the winter of 2025, a bright and kind-hearted teenager from Jackson, Tennessee, had her life tragically cut short. Fifteen-year-old Makyla Perry, a sophomore with honorable grades at Jackson Central Merry High School, was fatally injured in a shooting on the afternoon of January 25th.
