In the autumn of 2015, the life of 22-year-old Colton Keith Tilly of Jackson, Tennessee, was cut tragically short. On the night of Friday, October 9, 2015, a Madison County Sheriff's deputy attempted to pull over a vehicle driven by Tilly. The reasons for the initial traffic stop remain publicly undisclosed. Instead of stopping, Tilly fled, initiating a high-speed pursuit.
