Bianca Horton, a 26-year-old African American woman from Chattanooga, TN, tragically died on May 25, 2016. She was a loving mother to four children, including her infant daughter Zoey, who was paralyzed in a shooting incident in January 2015. Bianca was set to testify against the man accused of shooting her daughter and killing her friend, Talitha Bowman.
