Kielonnie Lane Stocks, a 20-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on May 11, 2021, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was found with head trauma, facial swelling, and bleeding from the nose, and was later pronounced dead at Erlanger Hospital. Initially, witnesses reported that she had fallen and struck her head, but further investigation revealed that she had been shot in the back of the head.
