On January 29, 2019, Bernice Williams, a 32-year-old woman from Chattanooga, TN, tragically lost her life. She was shot multiple times while lying on a couch at a residence on West Main Street Court. Bernice Williams, who was African American, was asleep when the incident occurred. The shooter, Robert Rodricus Orr, was in the residence of Jimmy Moore, who asked Orr to leave.
