Danielle Bowen, a 60-year-old woman from Chattanooga, TN, tragically died on September 25, 2021, from a gunshot wound to the head. Her death was initially reported as a suicide, with her son, Thomas Henshall, claiming he was present when she shot herself in the woods. However, inconsistencies in Henshall's story led to further investigation.
