Kathy Hardy, a 45-year-old woman from Chattanooga, TN, tragically lost her life on July 16, 2017. She was fatally shot during what police described as a botched robbery attempt at Renaissance Park. Kathy was with her husband, Shawn Hardy, on a pier at the park when they were approached by three men who demanded their belongings.
