Labrecia Nicole Dews Stephens, a 37-year-old Black female, was fatally shot on September 25, 2021, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. A mother of six, she was formerly employed by Creekside Retirement at Shallowford. The incident that claimed her life occurred on Grove Street during an after-party following a community event known as the West Side reunion.
