LaBrecia Nicole Dews Stephens, a 37-year-old woman from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically passed away on September 25, 2021. She was a mother of six and was formerly employed by Creekside Retirement at Shallowford. LaBrecia was killed in a shooting incident that took place on Grove Street in Chattanooga.
