Kemontanez Armstrong, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2016, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was fatally shot outside a home on Bessie Avenue in North Nashville, along with his stepfather, Keon Hawkins, who was 32 years old. The incident occurred during what appeared to be an exchange of gunfire.
