On the night of July 13, 2016, 32-year-old Michael J. Moran, a White male, was found shot in the parking lot of the Pine Brook Apartments on Hickory Hill Lane in the Hermitage neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. Emergency services discovered Moran with gunshot wounds to his torso and leg. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
