In the early hours of July 20, 2016, in Kingsport, Tennessee, the life of 25-year-old Zaccari A. Miller was cut short by a fatal gunshot. The incident occurred at a residence on Donelson Drive where Miller was visiting. He was a man known to love his family, the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.
