Carlton Snipes, a 22-year-old man from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically found shot to death on October 6, 2016, at the Americas Best Value Inn on American Way. The incident occurred in a motel room where another man was also shot but survived. The surviving victim identified Joshua Winters as being present at the scene.
