On August 17, 2018, the life of 35-year-old Brandon Loggins, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Memphis, Tennessee. Loggins had just given a friend a ride home from work to the Cromwell Park Apartments. After entering one of the apartments, he was confronted by 26-year-old Marquel Kibbler.
