Brandon Loggins, a 35-year-old male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2018. He was fatally shot in the Cromwell Park Apartments after giving a friend a ride home from work. Upon entering the apartment, Brandon encountered 26-year-old Marquel Kibbler, who confronted him and ultimately shot him. Brandon was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the scene.
