Alvin Hart, a 43-year-old African American man from Memphis, TN, tragically died on December 14, 2016. He was a well-respected master barber and a beloved member of his community. Hart was killed outside O’Cielo’s Mexican Bar and Grill when a security guard returned fire during an altercation, and Hart was caught in the crossfire.
