In the spring of 2017, the life of 19-year-old Kelton Guy was tragically cut short on the streets of South Memphis, Tennessee. On the evening of April 20th, police responded to a call around 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of Vaal Avenue and Kansas Street, where they discovered Guy suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the immediate medical attention he received, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
