Orbelio Perez Vasquez, a 28-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2019, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 3500 block of Sharpe Avenue in east Memphis.
