In a tragic act of senseless violence, 17-year-old Antoine Bell, a Black male, was shot and killed in Memphis, Tennessee, on the evening of January 7, 2016. A student at Raleigh Egypt High School, Antoine was known for his kind-hearted nature. On that fateful day, he and two friends had stopped to help a woman whose car had broken down with her baby inside at the intersection of Kerwood Avenue and Winwood Drive in the Raleigh neighborhood.
