Brandon Lipsey, a 26-year-old male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically died on August 6, 2018. He was fatally shot during a deadly double shooting incident at the Garden Inn & Suites near the airport. Lipsey was shot multiple times by Dave Wooten, who was later taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.
