In the summer of 2018, the life of 26-year-old Brandon Lipsey was tragically cut short in a violent encounter at a Memphis hotel. On the evening of August 6th, Lipsey was at the Garden Inn in the 4100 block of American Way when a dispute escalated into a fatal shooting. Another woman who was with Lipsey was also critically injured in the incident but survived.
