On a tragic day in Memphis, Tennessee, a senseless act of violence claimed the life of Timothy Bernard Odum. On June 1, 2023, the 43-year-old Black male was fatally shot while sitting in his black SUV outside a convenience store at the intersection of King Avenue and Ford Road in the southwest part of the city. When police officers arrived at the scene, they found Mr. Odum inside his vehicle, where he was pronounced dead.
