On a summer evening in Knoxville, Tennessee, the life of Isaac Reis Parks, a 34-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On June 22, 2017, at his home on Foxglen Boulevard, Parks and his wife, Ashton, were shot by their 52-year-old neighbor, William Jeff Lowery. Parks was pronounced dead at the scene from a single gunshot wound to the head. His wife was injured but survived the attack.
