On a cold February evening in Knoxville, Tennessee, the life of 63-year-old Thomas Lewis Walker, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On February 3, 2021, at the intersection of McCampbell Walls Way and Laurel Creek Way, Walker was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
