In the early morning hours of January 24, 2020, the life of Dessie Lewis Seaton IV, a 26-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short in Knoxville, Tennessee. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Seaton was residing in Knoxville at the time of his death.
