On a spring day in Knoxville, Tennessee, the life of Lawrence Leon Talford, a 52-year-old male, was brought to a sudden and violent end. On April 11, 2015, he was shot in the upper chest at his home in the Whittle Springs area. Rushed to the University of Tennessee Medical Center, he ultimately succumbed to his wound.
