Frank Vinson, a 49-year-old man from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on November 23, 2022. Vinson, who was African American, was found outside his home in Park City after what is believed to have been an attempted robbery. The incident occurred around 2 a.m., and Vinson was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound.
