On February 14, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in North Knoxville, Tennessee, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Rahleik Garcia. The Knoxville Police Department (KPD) responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 5 p.m. that day. Upon arrival, officers discovered Garcia with a gunshot wound. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
