Isaac Jarell Queen, a 30-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chattanooga, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on August 28, 2017. He was shot and killed outside the Hampton Inn on Shallowford Road early in the morning. Police arrived at the scene to find Queen suffering from a gunshot wound and pronounced him dead on the scene.
