Ruxin Wang, a 74-year-old Chinese man, was tragically shot and killed on November 9, 2017, while collecting trash outside his home on Claiborne Street in South Nashville. Wang had recently moved to Nashville from China with his wife, Yongling Zhai, to enjoy their retirement and spend time with their son, Yun Wang. The couple had been married for nearly 50 years.
