James Kevin Bell, a 36-year-old man from LaFollette, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on November 20, 2017, in South Knoxville. Bell had been living with a relative at the Fisher Place home where the shooting occurred for several weeks prior to his death. The Knoxville Police Department determined that the shooting was not random and began an investigation to identify those responsible.
