Joseph Hines, a 27-year-old man from Knoxville, Tennessee, was found dead in an East Knoxville alley on December 6, 2021. He had been shot at least once, and the Knoxville Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit took over the investigation. Despite extensive efforts, the police have not identified any suspects or made any arrests in connection with his death. The investigation remains open, and the police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
