Caleb Arwood, a 17-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on November 13, 2016, in Knoxville, TN. Knoxville Police Department officers discovered his body in an alley off Jourolman Avenue just before 4:30 a.m. He had been shot multiple times. The investigation revealed that Arwood had been involved with a group home and was trying to turn his life around, but he had recently reconnected with the same people and activities that led to his troubles.
