Wanye Boswell, an 18-year-old Black male from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on December 15, 2017, under violent circumstances. On that day, Boswell was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds in the 3500 block of Walnut Grove Road. The Memphis Police Department was alerted to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found Boswell lying on the ground, unresponsive, and soon pronounced him dead at the scene.
