In the early morning hours of December 16, 2023, the life of one-year-old Leo Amir Weathers was tragically cut short in a drive-by shooting in the Frayser neighborhood of Memphis, Tennessee. The young male was inside a home on Wellons Avenue when the shooting occurred.
