On December 16, 2023, in Memphis, Tennessee, 1-year-old Leo Amir Weathers tragically lost his life when bullets pierced through the window of his home in the Frayser neighborhood. The incident occurred around 2:00 AM while Leo was asleep. His mother recounted that the gunfire erupted outside their residence, leading to the fatal injury of her son.
