William Ray Tinker Jr., a 32-year-old man from Enville, Tennessee, tragically died on June 12, 2018, in Crump, Tennessee. He was camping by the river with his wife, Abigale Tinker, when an altercation occurred. The incident happened after 10 PM when Justin Williams, along with his wife and children, arrived at the river.
