Death by Force

On May 30, 2015, 44-year-old Billy Scott "Scottie" Brogan, a male resident of Speedwell, Tennessee, was fatally shot. Authorities received a 9-1-1 call reporting the incident at approximately 3:42 p.m. Upon arrival, Claiborne County Sheriff's Office deputies and emergency medical technicians discovered Brogan's body. He was transported to Claiborne County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Subsequently, his body was sent to the University of Tennessee Hospital for a forensic autopsy.
