In the early hours of a mid-September morning, the life of 23-year-old Michael Battle was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire outside a Nashville nightclub. The male victim was fatally shot on September 16, 2018, in the parking lot of Club Premium on Murfreesboro Pike.

Details surrounding the incident indicate that an altercation that began inside the club spilled out into the parking lot. It was there that the confrontation escalated, culminating in the shooting death of Battle. A ...
