On the night of July 21, 2017, a dispute in Kansas City, Missouri, turned fatal for 31-year-old Charles Williams. Police were called to a residence on Van Brunt Boulevard, where they found Williams' body inside. An investigation revealed he had been shot multiple times with both a shotgun and a handgun.
